How do I search for products?
Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page, on mobile click the magnifying glass icon next to the mobile menu. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer secure on site credit and debit card payments using Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Payments can also be made through PayPal without the need for an account using bank transfer or credit card.
What is Buyer Protection?
Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.
You are protected when:
- The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by us.
- The item you received was not as described.
- The item you received came faulty or broken.
How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we provide FREE shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you to organize shipment or next steps.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes we do offer express shipping for certain items as an extra cost, however this is only available to customers in the UK, USA, Canada and Australia. If you don’t live in one of these countries and you need something quick contact us and we may be able to help you out.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products you may be subject to custom fees when they arrive in your country although we try to avoid this by shipping multiple small packages. For our Brazilian customers please include your CPF number otherwise your local customs will seize your package.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. We do this so we can maintain FREE shipping on all orders and also to limit the chance of you receiving any local customs fees.
